Project & Construction Management of the fit out for individual tenancies
We were engaged to construct full height walls to form three separate tenancies with in an existing complex. Then build new toilets for two of the tenancies in the back of house storage area and refurbish the balance of the building. New LED lighting was installed along with separate revenue meters.
As there was at least one tenant in the block during the construction, works had to be phased to suite. This was very challenging to maintain a discreet present while framing using steel stud and lining with plasterboard. Added pressure was the limited supply of linings, meaning stage 3 could not begin till all components were available.
