This was a 12 week intensive refurbishment of a three level building.  The fit out was to provide specialist areas for the client to operate their business and future proof the fit out for growth in the industry.

The fit out consisted of offices and administration areas on 2 floors with a new reception area.  The main work was to create two laboratories for specialist scientific development including air lock areas for separation from offices floor.  A specialist filming area was created to allow for instruction and demonstration of specific tools and experiments.
