design process to ensure that the client's expectations of use and costs were met.

In the design process Pace's in-house quantity surveying expertise was invaluable to ensure budgets were met. Pace also conducted the tender process that was concluded with Higgs Construction winning the tender for the build. Pace project managed the build on behalf of the client, making sure all documentation was in order for the insurer to ensure the construction passed through the insurance process smoothly. The building was completed on time and to budget.

Pace Project Management have been involved with Harcourts Grenadier for over 10 years, refurbishing their old property in Madras Street in 2004. The building was damaged beyond repair in the 2011 earthquake and the insurance building claim was managed by Pace.

new Grenadier House to an exciting conclusion. The first auctions were held in the new auction room on Thursday 13th November. Three and a half years after the earthquakes.
