With our client being Australia based, to remote manage the effective fit out of the gym would be difficult.  Pace Project Management were appointed to oversee the works generally to ensure the coordination of the respective trades and suppliers with local and international origins.  A successful on time deliverable outcome for all was the end result with a 24 hour accessible gym for all.
