The three level building was fully occupied with a full office furniture set & up fully functioning.  Only thing missing were the office people.

The works to the building involved the Project and on site Construction management of the full replacement of the HVAC system indoor & out door units including all associated refrigeration pipework, condensate drainage, electrical and control cabling.  Works also involved the installation of structural steel brackets to the ends of the building connecting the first floor column  / beam junctions together to improve the NBS of the building.  This work involved the on site Hydro Demolition of the beam / floor junction to allow the installation of the connection steels.  The top floor also had structural steel upgrades carried out to the steel portals again to improve the NBS of the building, all inside a fully furnished office space.
